Marcelo established Alianza Services LLC in 2006. Alianza services the entire New York tri-state region and is a certified Minority Business Enterprise. Alianza has developed and implemented projects for Merck, Johnson and Johnson, NBC Universal/Sports, New York State, Purchase College, PepsiCo, and many more. Prior to establishing Alianza, Marcelo worked in logistics and transportation. Over the course of his near 20 year career, he held several sales and management positions. He utilizes his logistics and transportation background to coordinate all major projects undertaken by Alianza. This expertise differentiates Alianza from the competition by ensuring a focus on timely delivery and premium installations.
Larry Duffy has worked in the contract furniture business for over 35 years. He has managed projects throughout the United States for clients who demand a level of commitment and expertise that can only be satisfied by a true industry veteran. Larry is well known in the furniture industry for his tenacity and client advocacy. Larry has a long history of building business relationships with client, design firm partners and manufacturers.
Dawn's impressive career in the office interior industry spans over 25 years, an extensive client roster and countless project success stories. Prior to joining Alianza, Dawn worked with Knoll in several different and growing capacities that afforded her insights from an end user, design and dealer perspective. She managed a $20MM + book of business and managed a broad portfolio of accounts that varied in size, scope and complexity - from small and emerging to large and high volume. The diversity of her experience, combined with her vast product knowledge and sales leadership, positions Dawn as fluent and agile to quickly assess and understand her client's needs and requirements. With her collaborative approach, Dawn triangulates a strategic alliance across the customer, design team and manufacturer to deliver the optimal customized solution. Dawn is quickly fortifying an already extensive corporate client roster with new opportunities in the education and government sectors.
Kevin has over eight years of account management experience. Kevin understands the Alianza client centric approach and ensures all efforts are made to completely satisfy all the clients’ requirements. He works closely to coordinate all specifications, project schedules and field conditions. He will set up all lines of communication so that the project team is aware of all details throughout all phases of the project. Kevin will coordinate all delivery and installation trades through his project management team and with other construction trades working on the project. He has worked with multiple trades throughout his career and understands all the necessary coordination for a successful project.
