Marcelo founded Alianza Services LLC in 2006, a certified Minority Business Enterprise serving the NY tri-state region. AlianzaDuffy has delivered projects for major clients including Merck, NBC Universal, PepsiCo, and New York State. Drawing on nearly 20 years in logistics and transportation, Marcelo brings a operational precision to every project. His background directly informs AlianzaDuffy's commitment to on-time delivery and premium installations — a key differentiator in a competitive market.
Larry Duffy
Larry Duffy has worked in the contract furniture business for over 35 years. He has managed projects throughout the United States for clients who demand a level of commitment and expertise that can only be satisfied by a true industry veteran. Larry is well known in the furniture industry for his tenacity and client advocacy. Larry has a long history of building business relationships with client, design firm partners and manufacturers.
Dawn Cannon
With 25+ years in office interiors, Dawn brings deep expertise from her time at Knoll, where she managed a $20MM+ portfolio across diverse accounts. Her background spanning end users, design, and dealerships gives her a rare, well-rounded perspective. Known for her vast product knowledge and collaborative style, she aligns clients, designers, and manufacturers to deliver tailored solutions. Now at Alianza, she's expanding her strong corporate base into education and government sectors.
Kevin Duffy
Kevin Duffy is Commercial furniture professional and A&D collaborator with a demonstrated history of handling furniture projects both large and small. Experience ranges from furniture projects across the globe for multinational corporations to the design and build out of new corporate headquarters. A client advocate throughout the design, specification and execution of furniture projects.

Mackenzie Bousché
Mackenzie joined Alianza in July 2019 as a Project Coordinator/Account Manager, bringing over 4 years of contract furniture experience, including insight from the manufacturing side. She holds an M.B.A. in International Management and a B.S. in Business Management from St. John's University. Passionate about functional, beautiful spaces, she is an innovative problem-solver who works proactively with customers, manufacturers, and installers to find solutions with integrity.
David McCaleb
David is a seasoned Vice President with a proven track record in the furniture industry, bringing deep expertise in account management, sales, and sustainable design. Known for his strategic approach to budgeting and client relationships, David delivers tailored solutions that align with both aesthetic and functional goals, making him a valuable asset to the AlianzaDuffy team.
Frank Mendoza
Frank brings 20+ years of experience across architecture, design, and construction to AlianzaDuffy. He specializes in public-private partnerships, serving a broad range of NYC, state, and regional clients. Previously, Frank served as Community Diversity Director for the $9B JFK New Terminal One project, connecting local businesses and the Queens community to this landmark development. He remains deeply committed to successful project delivery and diversity for every client.

Ingrid Nevarez is a Senior Project Manager on the Education Sales Team at AlianzaDuffy, overseeing projects across the Tristate Area, including the Hudson Valley, NYC, Long Island, and CT. With 30+ years in furniture procurement for Contract and Education projects, she manages everything from order entry through final installation. Ingrid holds an A.A. in Interior Design from FIT and is dedicated to delivering professional experiences while growing her department.
